Regarding Alumni Visit to the Campus

Dear Alumni,

Info regarding Alumni visit to Campus. If anyone is planning to visit RGUKT Basar campus at odd times (after 4PM - 6AM), please write a mail to “chiefwarden@rgukt.ac.in” with appropriate reason one-day prior to visit.

So there won’t be any problem at security gate. They will be providing Parents’ Lounge for rest. We have separate lounges for Boys and Girls in their respective hostel premises.

If someone has to extend for one more day, please inform the same in chief-warden office with appropriate reason.
